What kinds of roles do you hire for?
Engineering (PHP, Next.js, mobile), design, customer success, sales, marketing, and operations. Most roles are based in Dar es Salaam, with some remote-friendly.
Do you sponsor visas?
We currently hire Tanzanian residents and citizens. We may consider exceptional candidates from elsewhere on a case-by-case basis.
What's the interview process like?
1. Application review (1 week). 2. Initial screen call (30 min). 3. Skills assessment or take-home (3–7 days). 4. Final interview with founders. 5. Offer.
Do you offer remote work?
Most roles are hybrid (2–3 days in our Dar es Salaam office). Some roles are fully remote within Tanzania.
