Are these tools really free?
Yes — every tool on this page is free, requires no signup, and works on any device. We don't store or share the values you type in.
Are the calculators TRA-aligned?
Yes. PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, VAT, SDL, WCF, withholding tax, customs duty, stamp duty and other tax tools use the current Tanzania Revenue Authority rates and brackets, updated for 2026.
Do you store the data I enter?
No. All calculations run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is sent to a server, logged, or saved.
Can I use the templates for my business?
Yes — invoice, quotation, payslip, delivery note and other templates are free for commercial use. Edit and brand them as your own.
How often are the rates updated?
Whenever the TRA, NSSF, NHIF or other regulators change a rate or bracket, we update the affected tools the same week. The "last updated" date is shown on each tool page.
