Refund Policy

Our billing is transparent with no hidden fees. Get started today to experience the platform. so no refund is applicable for trial usage.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds are provided for partial months
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- Refund requests within the first 30 days receive a full refund
- After 30 days, no refunds are provided
- You may downgrade to monthly at renewal time
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email billing@tawala.co.tz with your account email
- Include your reason for the refund request
- Requests are processed within 5 business days
5. Refund Method
Refunds are processed using the original payment method:
- Mobile Money (M-Pesa, Airtel, Tigo): Refund to original number within 3-5 days
- Bank Transfer: Refund to original account within 5-10 days
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to original card within 5-10 days
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Setup or implementation fees
- Custom development work
- Training services already delivered
- Third-party integrations or add-ons
7. Service Issues
If you experience significant service issues (extended downtime, data loss), please contact support. We may offer:
- Service credits for future use
- Prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances
- Extended subscription period
